We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated administration assistant to support our friendly and supportive Therapy and Family Services team in the coordinating of administration activities.
The Administrative Assistant, Therapy and Family Services, ensures the effective administrative component of the day-to-day operations of the team. This role is responsible for managing client records, invoicing, Cliniko administration, and general office duties while also supporting process improvements as directed by the General Manager.
