About the Role

Deaf Connect are currently seeking expressions of interest for a range of Allied Health Professionals including; Teachers of the Deaf, Speech Language Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists.

Therapy & Family Services is a division of Deaf Connect focusing on early intervention services for Deaf and hard of hearing infants and children. Therapy & Family Services provides access to Mentor Programs for Families, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Teachers of the Deaf through a number of programs including the ECDP Program, Hear for Kids in School, and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We are always keen to receive expressions of interest from experienced and highly motivated professionals with experience in early childhood and deafness.

About You

The successful incumbent will have highly developed engagement and communication skills and have the ability to provide individualised services to infants and children as part of a transdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals.

Deaf Connect is the new name for Hear for Kids and is now Australia’s largest whole of life support service for Deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing Australians.
