About the Role
Deaf Connect is looking for a Growth and Engagement (Marketing) Officer who will be responsible for the development, implementation and optimisation of our multichannel digital campaigns aimed at driving growth for the organisation’s programs and services.
This role works collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and wider business, coordinating the implementation of agreed digital and direct communication, acquisition and retention strategies, to support the achievement of agreed business objectives and community outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who is keen to drive growth for a values-based organisation across a wide-range of services offerings.
About You
In your application, let us know that you have these key skills or experience:
- Experience in relevant paid platforms: Google Ad Suite (Ads & Analytics) for paid search and primarily Facebook Business Manager for paid social.
- Experience in using social media scheduling software
- Experience in Conversion Tracking and Analytics – setting up and troubleshooting conversion paths & pixels.
- Experience with marketing EDM & SMS platforms.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns at any one time, including planning, tracking and reporting on their performance.
- Understanding of data, metrics and analysis with the ability to provide insights, learnings and recommendations for improvement.
- Sound communication skills and an ability to collate and present information and recommendations to the wider team.
You should also let us know if you have these other great skills:
- WordPress experience will be needed for managing marketing elements of the corporate website (Events, content optimisation, etc)
- Experience across other social media paid business ad managers – LI, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
- Relevant business qualification in marketing or a related discipline
- Experience using email marketing platform Klaviyo and Microsoft Power BI highly regarded
- Internal project management software experience
- Auslan skills, or a willingness to learn
