Deaf Connect is seeking a passionate individual to support in the delivery of a range of rewarding projects and initiatives to create and deliver meaningful social impact on the Australian Deaf and hard of hearing community.
About the Role
Under the direction of the Manager – Organisation Growth and Impact, the role oversees planning and delivery of externally funded projects to ensure impactful delivery of funded projects that creates maximum impact for the Deaf and hard of hearing communities across Australia.
Working as a key member of the supportive Impact team, this role will work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure project initiatives and activities are delivered according to agreed project outcomes.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Success in building strategic partnerships and relationships with external organisations and stakeholders
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of opportunities and challenges facing Deaf and hard of hearing Australians
- Demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Office programs, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook or similar
