JobTrainer

In response to managing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the NSW and Commonwealth governments are offering to provide fee free training to help job seekers retrain or up-skill as well as support school leavers to enter the workforce for the first time.

 

As a NSW Government Smart and Skilled training provider, ATE can help eligible students obtain JobTrainer funded training.

 

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for fee-free qualification training under JobTrainer you need to:

• A young person aged 16 to 24 at commencement of training, regardless of employment status, including Year 12 School leavers.

• Veteran or Veteran’s Recognised Partner

• A person who is a recipient of a Commonwealth Government welfare benefit (and their dependants)

• An unemployed person

• An employed person who is ‘expected to become unemployed’ as defined by the Department.

 

 

What Courses can I apply for under JobTrainer?

• Certificate II in Auslan

• Certificate III in Auslan 

• Certificate IV in Auslan 

• Diploma of Auslan

 

When you commence the enrolment process you will be prompted to provide the evidence needed to confirm your eligibility.

Training under JobTrainer is fee-free and fully funded by the NSW and Commonwealth governments.
