New Innovative NDIS Plan Management Software

It’s now easier to track your NDIS funding with Deaf Connect’s new plan management software

Deaf Connect is committed to providing high quality services to  the Deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing community,  this commitment is cemented with the adoption of an innovative new software which provides simple and swift access to NDIS plan balances and transactions for participants. 

Through this software, information can be accessed anytime, anywhere on a computer, iPad/ tablet or mobile phone! It is also linked to the NDIS portal, which means that the information is accurate whenever you access it.  

The new software also provides information about: 

  • Participant’s NDIS plan start and end dates  
  • Current funds available and funds used so far 
  • Budget summaries 
  • Service agreements with Deaf Connect and other external providers 
  • Invoices that have been paid and claimed  
  • Refunds or reimbursements  
  • Monthly on-time statements 

Support Coordinators and Support Workers can also have shared access to the information on the software, with the participant’s permission.  

The software went through a detailed testing period with a group of existing clients and was well received. Many celebrated the ease of access to information and live connection to the NDIS.
