Through NDIS Support Coordination, in-person and virtual Community Access Services and representative partnerships with governments and organisations, our team can coordinate everything you need to feel connected, represented and supported.
Community Access Services
Community members can access our Community Access Services for personal support with document translation, booking an interpreter, linking with social and health services, as well as access to technology. Services are available:
In-Person options and online through Virtual Community Access from 9:30am-4:00 Monday to Friday.

Support Coordination
We support clients with Support Coordination allowances as part of their NDIS package to link with the various supports and services they need to achieve their NDIS plan goals. We also coordinate connection to other services including Allied Health, Auslan in the Home and many more.

Community Engagement
Our team supports local communities through the delivery of social and cultural events encouraging social interaction and engagement, and opportunities to engage with relevant programs and services. We are currently planning events for 2024. Watch this space!
