Through NDIS Support Coordination, in-person and virtual Community Access Services and representative partnerships with governments and organisations, our team can coordinate everything you need to feel connected, represented and supported.
Services we offer
Community Access Services
Community members can access our Community Access Services for support with document translation, booking an interpreter, linking with social and health services and accessing technology. Services are available in-person and online through Virtual Community Access, 9:30am-4:00 Monday to Friday.
Support Coordination
We support clients with Support Coordination allowances as part of their NDIS package to link with the various supports and services they need to achieve their NDIS plan goals. We also coordinate connection to other services including Allied Health, Auslan in the Home and many more.
