Community Access - Deaf Connect

Our Services

Community members can access our Community Access Services for personal support with document translations, information access, referrals to connect with services, individual advocacy support, and access to technology.  Community Access sessions are available in person at 23 offices around Australia at set times, or through video connection from 9:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We offer both face to face and virtual community access. See below for more details on each.

Virtual Community Access

Community Access is also available online Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. It can be accessed from anywhere in Australia. Download this flyer for the different ways you can access this virtual service.
