We provide individual support to assist you with maximising your NDIS package, resolving problems and achieving your goals.

Our team of Support Coordinators have experience supporting a wide variety of participants including Deaf adults, hard of hearing teenagers, parents of deaf children and deafblind adults. They have skills in a variety of communication methods including Auslan, visual or deafblind communication and written/spoken English and have a unique understanding of the deaf and hard of hearing sector.

This service is suited to people who have multiple or complex supports from a range of providers.

When and where

Support Coordination – Australia-Wide
We support Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing people across Australia.

Face-to-Face Support
You can meet with a Support Coordinator in person at some locations. We will work with you to understand your goals and help you use your NDIS plan.

Virtual Support
If you live in another area or prefer online support, we offer virtual appointments. You can choose to connect with us using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or FaceTime—whatever works best for you.

How much does it cost?

Deaf Connect charges according to the price limit in the NDIS Support Catalogue.

If you would like to receive Support Coordination under the NDIS, you need to have funding for;
