As Australia’s largest Deaf-led education provider, our Deaf trainers teach Auslan with lived experience, cultural insight and a strong commitment to accessible learning. Our programs help people learn Auslan in Sydney in a supportive environment that values connection, representation and community.

Deaf Connect’s origins in NSW date back to the long-standing Deaf Society in Sydney, which was created in 1913.  

As a national service provider and social impact organisation, our organisation Deaf Connect is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme and an approved provider of in-home care for Deaf seniors. 

We are also the country's largest Auslan interpreting agency and train the next generation of Auslan interpreters and Deaf interpreters through our RTO (Provider Number 41192).
