Deaf Connect is looking for Customer Bookings Officers provide high quality customer service and interpreter booking services. As a Customer Bookings Officer you will be responsible for high quality customer service with the focus of delivering information access to Deaf, Deafblind and Hard of Hearing people.
The role is fast paced whereby you will following established processes ensuring timely and accurate administration and allocation of interpreter bookings is achieved. If you are passionate about delivering high quality customer service and have great communication skills we would encourage you to apply!
