Joining our inclusive and diverse education team, you will take a proactive approach in carrying out a variety of administrative tasks. The main objective of these tasks is to make certain that our registered training organisation provides an overwhelmingly positive and enriching experience for all learners.
Under the guidance of the Team Leader -Student Services, your role will be primarily focused on improving and enhancing the student services that we offer. This will be accomplished through a dual approach. Firstly, by ensuring that we have high resolution rates for issues and inquiries at the first point of contact. This means that students’ issues are resolved promptly, reducing delays and increasing satisfaction.
Secondly, by implementing and maintaining effective student engagement strategies. These strategies will seek to involve students more deeply in their educational experience, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among learners.
