Deaf Connect are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist with leadership skills to support and coordinate a team while maintaining a clinical caseload. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your leadership experience in a supportive NFP environment.
The Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Team Lead manages the day-to-day operations of the SLP team across Therapy and Family Services. The role includes liaising between team members, the ECDP Head of Specialist Education Services (HOSES) and staff, and the Clinical Manager, Therapy Services. This role also includes a clinical caseload. The SLP Team Lead is based at Yeerongpilly for face-to-face purposes, maintaining a regular presence for in-person attendance at key meetings, supervision, and team collaboration, with a minimum of three days per week required.
