Deaf Connect’s Ageing Well service offers My Aged Care, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) funded Social Support – Individual in New South Wales.
We provide regular or short-term support for Auslan/Sign Language users who have My Aged Care approval for Social Support – Individual. Support could include but is not limited to the following:
- Accompanied assistance with your shopping trips, medical appointments or other outings.
- Stay connected with video calls on your own mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
- Visits in the comfort of your own home, going for walks, having a coffee and chat.
