Deaf Connect is investing in Deaf Leadership through offering the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ program ‘Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors’.
The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is the largest director membership organisation in the world. The AICD develops the skills and capabilities of leaders for the benefit of society.
The program will cover:
- Duties and Responsibilities of Not-for-Profit (NFP) Directors
- Risk and Strategy for NFP Directors
- Finance for NFP Directors
The course will be hosted in your nearest capital city and will be assisted by an AICD-trained Deaf leader.
The workshop will take place on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 October.
