At Deaf Connect, a large part of our commitment to serving the Deaf community is ensuring that our physical office spaces are accessible and valuable to both staff and the community.
Our property strategy guides us in securing the right locations for our offices, so that we can continue to provide valuable services to the d/Deaf community.
Currently, we’re focusing on the consolidation of our two Brisbane offices, located in Moorooka and Alderley, into a single central location equipped with all the necessary resources to support the Brisbane d/Deaf community effectively.
By merging our Brisbane offices, we aim to improve our service delivery and make it easier for the community to access our services.
Although the exact location of our new office hasn’t been finalised yet, we’d like to invite the local community to attend two consultation sessions in March.
During these sessions, we’ll provide updates on the plans for the Alderley and Moorooka offices and invite feedback and suggestions from attendees. Your insights and feedback will be greatly appreciated in this process.
Venue: Toowong State School, 105 Sylvan Road, corner of Quinn Street
Dates
Your participation in these sessions will provide us with valuable insights that will significantly influence the selection of our new consolidated Brisbane location.
Stay tuned for further updates on this initiative!
