The Magnetic Switch is an accessory in the Bellman Visit range. Mount the Magnetic Switch to a door or window (wired half on the frame, free half on the door or window itself) and plug into a compatible Bellman Visit transmitter to be alerted if that window or door is opened.
The Bellman Visit Magnetic Switch is useful for monitoring if a specific window or door is opened, and will alert you with sounds, flashes or vibrations (depending on your Bellman Visit receiver/s).
The Bellman Visit Magnetic Switch is for indoor use only. When installed, the halves of the Magnetic Switch must be less that 1cm (10mm) apart when the door or window is closed (the Magnetic Switch will activate when the halves are separated by distance greater than 1cm). The cord is 50cm (500mm) long, so transmitter must be positioned less than half a metre from the door/window.
