Virtual Community Access

Virtual Community Access is a service available online or through video connection for Deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing people. Its available to support those who can’t make it to one of our offices for walk-in support.

When:

Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm.

What support is available?

We can provide online support for many things such as:

  • individual advocacy
  • translating important documents and letters
  • organising interpreters
  • case work for more complex situations
  • accessing government services such as the NDIS, MyGov and My Aged Care
  • and much more
