Held as the sun sets on Larrakia Country, the Telstra NATSIAA Awards Ceremony celebrates the extraordinary voices, cultures and creative practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists. We invite you to join us as we announce and congratulate the award winners and celebrate at this spectacular and FREE event.

Headline act Drifting Clouds will energise the air and mesmerise as Yolgŋu artist, Terry Guyula, weaves ancient Songlines sung in language with 80s-inspired synthetic pop. The rhythmic songs and movement of the Kerkar Kus Dance Team will also bring Torres Strait Islander stories and cultures to Darwin’s shores. A powerhouse ensemble of musicians living and recording on Larrakia Country, including James Mangohig, Manolis Kamitsis, Rowan Dally, and the smooth, empowering vocals of emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander singer-songwriter, Pele Savage, will enrich this evening of celebration under the stars.
This is an unseated event so bring your picnic rug or low to the ground camp chairs. Food and drink will be available from the food village and licensed bar.
