Auslan90 funding secured through the Australian Government’s News Innovation Fund
Deaf Connect is proud to share that Auslan90 has secured $1.4 million through the Australian Government’s News Innovation Fund.
This funding will support Auslan90’s continuation and growth beyond 2027, enabling further investment in people, content and technology while strengthening access to daily news in Auslan.
We thank the Deaf community for its extraordinary advocacy and ongoing support. This milestone recognises the vital place of Auslan news within Australia’s media landscape.
