At the end of 2025, Deaf Connect held our Annual General Metting. Following this, we have several updates to our Board and governance which have come into effect for 2026 onwards!
First off, we are delighted to confirm the re-election of Stuart Lummis, who will continue with us for one final term. Stuart joined the Deaf Connect Board in February 2019 and brings 40 years of experience as a senior executive across ASX-listed groups, government agencies, and not-for-profit organisations.
At the same time, we want to thank Robin Mack for his service following his retirement on 8 November 2025. Robin contributed seven years of valuable insights and strategic guidance to the Board, supporting Deaf Connect’s governance and growth. We sincerely appreciate his dedication and wish him all the best in retirement.
And finally, we’re thrilled to announce the election of Kathy Nagle in February 2026! Kathy is an experienced leader in the private healthcare sector, with more than 25 years in executive roles across Adelaide. A former CEO and now an Independent Healthcare and Executive Consultant, she brings strong capability in business management, clinical governance, strategic planning, quality improvement and organisational change. Kathy is passionate about good governance, sustainable growth and supporting organisations to achieve their strategic goals.
