As members of the Deaf Connect Executive Team, Isabelle Swanston and Brent Phillips have a key role in driving a bilingual, bicultural organisation. Belle and Brent will discuss some of the cultural and practical considerations for Deafness in the workplace, and how to get the most out of your engagement with Deaf staff, partners and clients.
