How do you book a free interpreter or live captioning services for Deaf seniors through the National Sign Language Program?
There are 5x different ways to book and some important information you need to give our interpreter bookings team including your full name, the date of your appointment, start and finish time for interpreting, where the interpreter needs to be for the appointment, and the type of appointment. *The National Sign Language Program is available to Deaf Australians without a NDIS plan who are 65 years and older (50 years and older for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples). The program includes free interpreting and captioning for interaction with Aged Care Services, medical appointments, and social and professional settings including; banking and attending weddings, funerals and cultural activities and more.Â
