The Customer Feedback Survey helps us ensure we are on track with your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, helping us refine and improve what we offer.
The survey will be sent to your email inbox on Wednesday 13 November and will take approximately 2 minutes. You only need to fill out the survey once, and your response is confidential.
You might receive this survey multiple times if you use different email addresses, are connected to several services, or are the contact for more than one person.
If you and a family member, like your child, both use Deaf Connect services, you’ll each get a personalised survey link.
Please make sure each person uses the link sent to their own email.
