Deaf Connect’s Ageing Well services are launching in Victoria!
Deaf Connect provides these services directly in Auslan, making sure you feel understood and your needs are responded to promptly.

On 31 July, the Federal Government announced its response to the Disability Royal Commission Final Report released last September. This is a brief update and overview from Deaf Connect about the response.

Alter State 2024| Call for creatives
Calling all Deaf creatives! Deaf Connect is excited to encourage community members to attend Alter State 2024, an event organised by the BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) Creative Access Collective. This event will take place on the 13th of October at North Fitzroy Library.
National Week of Deaf People 2024
Get ready to celebrate Deaf culture and history this September! National Week of Deaf People is coming, with International Day of Sign Languages on 23 September. Stay tuned for a big announcement!

School is back in July for Term 3, and so is Auslan Storytime! Come along to readings brought to life by a Deaf presenter at libraries across QLD and NSW – now also on the Gold Coast!
