Welcome to the Deaf Herald | December 2024

This month’s edition shares information from our Annual Review, introduces an exciting new project focused on creating Deaf Space, and features a story from a Support Work participant. There’s also an easy guide on booking social events through the NSLP.

As 2024 draws to a close, we’d like to reflect on some of the incredible community events achieved this year. A number of these are highlighted in this edition, including the launch of DAT programs for SA health, the upcoming NDIS Information Session, the Asia Pacific Deaf Basketball Championships, and numerous Deaf Festivals across Australia.

Join us as we showcase the happenings of our vibrant community.
